Rachel guides her students toward health and healing.  She's a  certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, 500 RYT Yoga Instructor, Sound Bath Facilitator, and Meditation Guide.  Her approach is rooted in the belief that each of us has a natural ability to heal ourselves. Rachel facilitates the process by creating a space where healing can unfold.
