Krista Kubik

Krista Kubik has been teaching for over a 15 years. She is a certified 500hr Yoga Teacher, trained through YogaWorks, and also holds an additional 300 hr certification in Yoga Psychology. She is here to help you discover the healing power of yoga! Her own healing journey began over 30 years ago when she stepped into her first yoga class. It became clear to her how yoga was helping her better understand herself physically, emotionally, psychologically. After many years as a student, she wanted to share this transformative practice with others and teach yoga. Krista's classes combine creative, intelligent, and inspirational sequencing with an emphasis on bringing yoga to life within you! You can count on leaving her classes feeling grounded, inspired, refreshed, balanced, supported, strong and centered!
