Our classes are ALL live and in-studio.  Our space is welcoming, warm, and relaxing.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga class weaves together a wide range of postures and breath for a fluid, transformative experience. This practice will elevate your heart rate, stretch and strengthen your muscles and leave you feeling balanced, inspired, rejuvenated and clear. Every practice will include a brief meditation. This class is for all levels, high degree of instruction is available to assist newer yogis.

Yoga with Props

Gentle Yoga

This class is for all levels, including beginner, and gentler yogis, who are interested in focusing on breath, releasing stress, and becoming more in touch with their physical body. This is a true mind-body connection experience. This class concludes with a deep meditative savasana.

Vinyasa Level 2/3 🎶

This class is a Vinyasa is recommended for levels of yoga experience is recommended, mostly moderate to more experience. This class is very instructional for all levels to follow.


Students will transition from pose to pose for a moderate cardio experience w/out foregoing all the basic tenets of true yoga. As always, please inform the teacher, if you are newer to the practice so you can get some extra guidance. Expect fun & upbeat music during the Vinyasa portion of class.

Morning Yoga Workout

This is an all levels class with music to wake up and work out your body. This class will challenge students with all levels of experience. Breath work, sun salutations standing and seated asanas (postures) will be included in each class.  Arm work, leg work, core poses, and all over body work out and stretching will help you start your day!
