Lara is a Los Angeles based health and wellness expert focusing on the ethereal nature of healing. She is a practicing Yoga guide, Reiki Master Practitioner, and sound meditation facilitator. With a background in international affairs and a lifelong dedication to esoteric spiritual principles, she brings a grounded and practical approach to wellness. Lara is formally trained in Integral Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, and various sound modalities, including mantra.
