Lara Alameh

Lara was born in Los Angeles and moved to Washington, DC.  During her time in Washington, she spent a month living in the Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville where she graduated with 200 hours RYT in Integral Hatha Yoga. In 2022, she completed her trainings as Sound Practitioner, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. While Lara has been a life-long practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, she completed the Becoming a Teacher Training with Mandev Khalsa and Harijiwan at Rama Los Angeles. In 2024, Lara was initiated into first and second degree Usui/Holy Fire Reiki.

You'll find Lara's sound baths to have emotional and cathartic affects. They are incredibly relaxing and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. She incorporates crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and even her own voice to create a beautiful experience for her students.
