Diana Bond has been teaching and inspiring others in the fitness and wellness industry for over 35 years. She holds multiple certifications, including Group Fitness Instructor, 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Coach, Lifestyle Fitness Coach, and Senior Fitness Specialist.

 

Specializing in mobility, core strength, and senior fitness, Diana teaches her classes with a focus on mindful movement and functional strength. Her classes are designed to be accessible, empowering, and supportive for students of all ages and abilities.

 

In addition to weekly classes, Diana also leads unique workshops that invite participants to explore new pathways to wellness. With her expertise, compassion, and holistic approach, Diana creates a welcoming space where students can build strength and flexibility.
