Yoga Studio Guidelines

  1. Please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices completely.
  2. Please try to be on time for class. In the event that you are late, please refrain from entering class in the first 10 minutes.
  3. If you need to leave class early, please do so in advance of preparation for Savasana (meditation).
  4. Please do not wear any perfume, cologne, or any oils of any kind.
  5. Refrain from eating a meal 1-2 hours prior to yoga practice.
  6. Wear comfortable clothing both loose enough to be able to move yet close fitting enough as to not have to be constantly adjusted during many of the poses.
  7. Please inform the instructor regarding any injuries or areas of concern for you.
  8. Please return props, mats and blankets neatly at the conclusion of class.
  9. Enjoy, relax and let yourself be free during your experience.
