FREE Teen Yoga with Drorit Rudin
Great music, exercise, great for athletes and dancers, cool moves, no experience necessary. Something magical happens when you practice yoga (besides the physical benefits). Life becomes more clear, self-compassion and compassion for others grows, gratitude emerges and suddenly we evolve into people who truly enjoy our moments. We realize that we WILL encounter chaos and things AREN'T always perfect. However, WE are some pretty strong and powerful beings capable of riding any wave with great courage and honor? This free class is offered on Fridays from 4-5:00 pm.

Yoga for Kids with Holly Umann (ages 6-1 0)
Kids Yoga with Holly Umann encourages boys and girls ages 6-10 to get in touch with their emotions while mimicking nature. Come and move and be a free spirit as the kids will learn basic yogic principles. Only $10/class. Class takes place every Wednesday in April and May except for April 11 from 3:30-4:30 pm. Only $10 per class.

Yoga for the Family with Ali Kamen (ages 7 and up)
Here's a unique way to spend quality time with your family in this engaging yoga class. This is a great introduction to key yoga postures and includes traditional yoga poses, partner poses and breathing exercises to connect with your child. For ages 7 and up. It's yoga fun for the whole family! Only $19 per family if registered by 5/28, then $25.

The Incredible Power of Self-Compassion with Alison Miller, PhD on Sunday, June 10 from 1:00-2:30 pm; $20
At the heart of living well and experiencing peace in our lives is being deeply compassionate toward ourselves. Self-compassion is a powerful expression of kindness and love directed to the self. It eases suffering and is an antidote to the pain of judgment and self-criticism we so often experience as human beings. In this session with psychologist and life coach Alison Miller, PhD we will explore the 3 core components of self-compassion and how you can meaningfully expand self-compassion in your life and alter the relationship you have with yourself. You will learn tangible self-compassion practices and how to cultivate compassion in your life.

Chakra Healing for the Soul with Michelle Kapture on Saturday, June 23 from 2:00-4:00; $30
Learn about your energetic self! We are all beings of vibrating energy and your Chakras are the operating system of your Spirit. Learn about the 7 main energy centers of your body which carry your energetic imprint and inform and influence your life choices, decisions, thoughts and feelings. Understand the potential illnesses associated with each Chakra and practice specific preventative energy healing techniques to cleanse and harmonize your energetic system and Spirit. As a special gift to each registrant, Michelle will include "the Sounds of Silence", a wonderful book on meditation, mantra and healing.
