Classes Offered
Power Yoga
Challenge your body to an instructed, safe, and extreme workout set to rock, alternative and meditative world music while opening the body, building flexibility and training the mind to stay peaceful. These classes are designed to build strength and work muscles in a new way as well as deep stretching opening areas of the body that need to be more open and flexible. These classes will involve breath work that physiologically reduces stress and tension in the nervous system. Although this class is extremely challenging, instruction will vary for both beginners to the more advanced in order for all levels of practitioners to feel free to go to a place that is right for them. The class will end with a guided meditation by the instructor to invite peacefulness and bliss to take with you for the rest of the day.
Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for Athletes incorporates flowing sequencing of the poses every athlete can use in their daily warm ups as well as after intensive course. Program is set for everyone suffering from tight hips and hamstrings, locked thoracic spine, lower back pain and sore and stiff shoulders area. Come join us in off-road program to enhance own endurance and reach your higher goals"
Kid's Yoga
4-8 year olds- This class teaches children to watch their breathe. Using techniques such as bunny, bumblebee, snake and elephant breathe. Children are also encouraged to go inside and take a look at their emotions putting a name to how they are feeling. Mimicking nature this class will move though the basic beginning yoga postures. Games such a Yogi Says and Jazzy Jamming will also be enjoyed. Our class will end with a short savasana all set to relaxing music.
9-13 year olds- This class will be set to variety of music. The importance of the movement following the breathe will be taught. A Vinyasa flow style class moving through balancing poses and inversions. Partnering poses such as Open Heart, Double Dog and Back to Back Chair will also be shared. Class will end with a traditional savasana and namaste.
Candlelight Yoga
A combination of hatha yoga flow and asanas with gentle poses and restorative yoga poses.

The restorative yoga class begins with a few minutes of gentle movement before settling into a restorative pose or practice. A little stretching will warm the muscles and create space in the body to prepare it for relaxation. Movement will also give your body a chance to shed its restlessness and busy-ness before settling into a place of stillness. Bolsters and other props are used to bring each individual practitioner's body into a place of comfort and peace in the yoga pose. Evening time is perfect for candles and relaxing yoga. Total bliss.
Gentle Yoga and Meditation
In Gentle Yoga and Meditation, you will experience a creative flow of guidance with the intention of entering into deep states of relaxation in order to heal, rejuvenate and come back into balance. This class is easy, the only effort is attending with the desire to relax. All of this is accompanied with ambient sounds, and sweetness of silence.
