  • Yoga Level 1 & Meditation
  • Come and connect to your inner nature with. Trauma, fatigue and stress temporarily create disharmony in a body/mind that is fundamentally whole. As we relax and surrender we come into balance. With balance we are able to listen to our own inner guidance system and follow what is true & natural. Truly blissful.

     

  • Power Yoga
  • Challenge your body to an instructed, safe, and extreme workout set to rock, alternative and meditative world music while opening the body, building flexibility and training the mind to stay peaceful. These classes are designed to build strength and work muscles in a new way as well as deep stretching opening areas of the body that need to be more open and flexible. These classes will involve breath work that physiologically reduces stress and tension in the nervous system. Although this class is extremely challenging, instruction will vary for both beginners to the more advanced in order for all levels of practitioners to feel free to go to a place that is right for them. The class will end with a guided meditation by the instructor to invite peacefulness and bliss to take with you for the rest of the day.

     

  • Baby & Me (All Levels)
  • Bring baby along as you connect with other new moms and dads and help your body recover from birth and the strains of carrying and nursing a newborn. An active and gentle yoga class designed to give mom or dad some well-deserved yoga time. The class is designed for mom or dad to practice yoga with the comfort of their baby being at their side. Babies from ages 3 weeks to crawling are welcome with smiles. Babies can stay in their car seats or bring a receiving blanket to lay on top of our yoga blankets. Come for the exercise, the fun and the supportive community. No prior yoga experience necessary. What to bring: a receiving blanket, any toys your child likes, and anything to keep your baby happy. Carseats and bumbo seats are welcome!

     

  • Yoga for Back Care
  • Relieve stress on your spine and heal your body by applying therapeutic yoga poses combined with slow even breathing. Yoga postures lengthen connective tissues, expand range of motion, improve posture, and protect against back injury. Unlike traditional back exercises, which isolate parts of the body to be stretched or strengthened, yoga postures are whole body movements. They are designed to integrate and benefit the entire body. By lengthening the muscles of your legs, strengthening the muscles of your back and abdominal area, and stabilizing the lumbar-pelvic region of your body, the whole body benefits and, as a result, natural alignment comes to the entire body and posture improves.

     

  • Yoga Flow and Yin
  • A beautiful slower moving class starting with a slow breath directed mindful flow to warm the body (the first half) and end with long held poses (yin). Many classes will incorporate the Chinese medicine system (acupuncture, meridians, organ system) and how to bring the body/heart//mind into balance. This class is a special treat.
